We love our Rock Ridge Home! As we made plans to purchase a new home in Granbury, the name of one company was continually mentioned in the most positive light…Rock Ridge Homes. Throughout the whole process of selection, construction, purchase and service afterward, Tony, Bob and Shelley were as invested in our home as we were. The quality of construction and the unexpected added details have made our home the wisest purchase we have ever made. We named our home “Fairy Tale Cottage” because this Rock Ridge home has made all of our dreams for a new home come true.
We visited several different home builders to find one that would fit our needs within our budget. We had purchased land in a rural area and wanted to find a builder that would build on our lot. Bobby allowed us the time necessary to make decisions on design and was not pushy. Building a home can be a very stressful experience. Bobby kept us updated on progress at our site and presented us with plenty of information with which we could make decisions. Due to all the hard work, we can say that we love our new Rock Ridge home. Please consider this letter as our recommendation to use Rock Ridge Homes as your builder.
We LOVE our Rock Ridge Home!! From Day 1 Bobby and Diane went above and beyond to make our home building experience an easy and enjoyable experience. They are very responsive and take pride in everything they do. The winter after we moved in, we experienced a pretty bad freeze – our water meter had frozen over which stopped the flow of all water to our home. Bobby stopped everything he was doing to drive to our house and help. He and my husband were standing out in the cold wrapping and warming the meter – within 20 minutes, we had water flowing again. RRH isn’t just a good company and a good builder, they’re also amazing people – the kind you’d want as a neighbor! We couldn’t be happier with our new home and if I had to do it all again, I would choose RRH without hesitation. 10/10 I would recommend!
